Organize and support open house logistics as requested
Review file for required signatures, initials, and completed fields; follow up on any missing documentation
Distribute all documents to relevant parties throughout the transaction
Monitor key deadlines and ensure timely return of all reports and disclosures
Order inspections and home warranty services per the purchase agreement
Serve as the primary point of contact for inspectors, vendors, and service providers
Draft TRR forms, amendments, and supplements at the agent’s direction
Provide consistent updates to the seller throughout the transaction process
Maintain an organized digital file and submit all documents for brokerage compliance
Coordinate final walkthrough and closing appointment
